How you can make Joins on Uniqueidentifier and varbinary() columns with the optimal performance ..?!

We are usually talking about columns of data types such as  uniqueidentifier and varbinary()as they are inappropriate columns for Joins due to their bad performance so what we can do if no anywhere to go for our schema design without these data types and in the same time we need to join based on them in heavy queries with the optimal performance and with the least CPU/IO impact on your DB production server..

Here below is a real case of using uniqueidentifier everywhere in DB and see how it can be solved using Persisted Deterministic Computed Columns to get the optimal performance …
